I switched to the Public pharmacy from CVS because I thought it would be more convenient to get my prescriptions as I purchased groceries. Since I've switched it has been quite disappointing. You have to ask for everything and then ask again when it's time to refill. They don't anticipate anything. I asked them to send me the reminder text when I have a prescription ready to pick up, and they did it the first time - but the second time you had to ask again because "it doesn't stay in their system" or something like that. I've had to call them numerous time to fix things like insurance and refill issues and you always have to follow up or it won't get fixed. The employees are incredibly friendly, but the system is just not working. Overall, I am disappointed and will be switching back to CVS.
