I am still waiting for a confirmation that Carl will arrive on April 15, 2016 to correct the leak defects in the pond that Carl built for me. The leak has been ongoing for over a year now with repeated requests for correction by me. I am also waiting on confirmation on the delivery of my Koi tomorrow. I am trying this method of contact since all of my texts, emails and phone calls have been unanswered for several weeks. Please advise.
Gale has your issue been resolved? I am looking for someone to install a Koki pond for me. Before I contact them I wanted to know if they took care of you.
