They got our order wrong 3 times. Customer service sucks. We ordered 30 invitations and received 20. When the order came in they forgot our name cards. Later on we found out we could make our own invitations at shutterfly and they would mail them out for us for just .99 flat rate. I will tell everyone to go to Shutterfly NOT Herff Jones when buying graduation invitations.
They DO NOT return calls, at all!
