Each person is extremely professional and helpful. Even though I moved more than an hour away and could transfer to a closer location, I prefer to deal with Amanda at the Watkinsville office. They make everything easy and convenient and never seem too busy to answer questions. Ask for Amanda!
In the beginning I had a different State Farm office. The representatives at the first office were not helpful and were always trying to talk me into more and more insurance even though I already had most of the insurance at work. I switched over to Shannon with the Watkinsville office after a friend recommended her. She has been very helpful since day one. She always answers my emails immediately with any questions that I may have. She also goes into great detail with the answers. I feel as if Shannon and I have become great friends. I plan to stay with the Steve Denman State Farm office indefinitely. Check them out you will not be sorry.
Nearly heartbreaking to move states and have to have a new office. From the reception to the reps, this office makes it easy to do what needs to be done. There is never a question unanswered, and always complete follow through. Premiums may be a little higher but wouldn't change it for anything if I could help it.
