Would have given u 5 stars except for 3 things...

I thought that I had already reviewed the Peddler's Wagon already, but found that I had not. I felt bad having not done it already because they were absolutely fabulous in handling my situation months ago. My wife died of ovarian cancer over the course of less than 5 months from the original diagnosis. On the suggestion from a friend, I went to the Peddler's Wagon. I took my wife's best friend and one of my sisters to help me and for support. I knew kind of what I wanted, but they were there to help me get the idea across. The woman that helped me (I'm sorry, I forget her name) worked with us in every way possible to make sure that she had the right idea. I brought in some "props" that I wanted to incorporate and she took all that into consideration as we came up with a plan for a layout. I had to construct a platform for the underlying structure myself, but that was no big deal. I wanted a image of fairies on a grassy hill surrounded by beautiful flowers holding her urn (obviously, my wife was cremated). I will upload some pictures of the arrangement--just look for the statue of two fairies holding a platform with an urn on it. The pictures look good, but definitely don't do the whole set-up true justice. All I brought to the table was the "grass", the fairy statue and the black draping underneath the final setup. The rest was the magic provided by the wonderful women at the Peddler's. I was extremely impressed with what they came up with--it was so much better than what I had hoped for. Many people commented on it at the service, as well. All in all, I was completely satisfied in every way with them.

I called to see if flowers would be delivered by 1:00 pm and the lady I spoke with was a little rude! I paid a lot of money ( delux) set of flowers that were just a normal vase with sunflowers and roses! Was kinda disappointed at the quality and customer service

I received a dozen of red roses on Tuesday, February 14th and just 3 days later they were all dying already. I was very disappointed and initially didn't call them because honestly all I thought I would get was an apology and an excuse. That was not the case at all (I did get an apology). I spoke to the owner and she was extremely nice and wanted to make things right by replacing my roses with fresh ones. Michelle went above and beyond in providing outstanding customer service!! Thank you, Peddler's Wagon!

I called to see if they did interior decorating and they assured me they did. We discussed rates and scheduled a time for the initial consultation. The lady seemed very eager to help and even stated she looked forward to meeting with me. Well that was on Monday and she has yet to show up or call. That is very unprofessional and I would never recommend this business.

2. The flowers weren't the correct flowers. I ordered red and white with some pink and the flowers I got had yellow.

1. I paid $92 dollars and you forgot the balloon.

3. The flowers looked half way dead until we got them home cut the stems and put them back in fresh water... very disappointed.
